Here is Agame logic at its best. The guy is saying don't board a taxi if there are only 2 or 3 young people on it. So, unless a group of four friends get on the taxi, no one will board it. In addition, suppose you find an empty taxi. Do you board or not? The hangers may follow you, after all.
