A Constitution that was written and ratified to legitimize the theft of Welkait and Raya is not worth the paper it is written on. In other words, the constitution forced on Ethiopians by TPLF cannot be used to dispossess the Weketot and Raya people of their lands. Tegaru were squatters in those area and they know it. That is why they fled when the war started.
