Abiy's incompetent decision to let the crippled TPLF run the show in Chigray is having unintended consequences that are multiplying the hopeless situation there. TPLF is a discredited organization and it is utter foolishness to expect the same people whose leadership resulted in the death of 20% of the people to get them out of the hole they are in. I doubt that there is any Agame, other than their cadres, who believes that TPLF thugs can manage the catastrophic realities in the land of Chigir. Some desperate Agames like Mickey Raya are recommending harsh justice to control the rampant lawlessness that has engulfed that accursed land. Easy to say but the criminal gangs are well-armed. It is inevitable that when law and order breaks down, criminal gangs and warlords will emerge. Power vacuum cannot exist!
