I am still in awe at the reception the Chinese accorded the incomparable PIA. A nation of 1.5 billion receiving in that style, a leader of an African nation of 5.5 million people is mind-boggling. I have been asking myself and my friends, "What does it mean?" It is so unusual that It must have deeper meaning. Remember how Susan Rice remembered him in her recent interview.
