1) This new card is to divide Amhara region into a manageable kiflate hagerat (Gonder, Shoa, Wollo and Gojjam) and reduce Amhara sentiment by bringing minorities in Amhara to the for front

2) Kimant & Amhara in Gonder will be forced to sing Gonder. Agew & Amhara in Gojjam will be forced to sing only for Gojjam. Agews, Argoba & Kemise Oromo will sing about Wollo with the majority amhara in Wollo and Shoa Amhara will be alone for punishment

3) Both Tigre & Oromo finished their nationalist (ብሄርተኛ) politics and they have massive followers. In contrast, Amhara nationalism is still young and it needs to be cut short before the entire Amharas buy it. The playing field in Ethiopia is Ethnic hence the game will be lost if Amharas think only by Kiflehager.

4) Liyu hail, milisha and FANO will be out of the game while both Galla and Agame are armed to the teath.

5) the new ploy by Abiy could be taken as music to the ear for minorities, mixed Ethiopians and gullible Ethiopians who have been outplayed and outsmarted for over 50 years now by ethnic politicians. And this will again be their folly and undoing.

6) this new ploy will come as a law in constitution and Abiy is planing to use "Law enforcement" on what he calls anti-constitutions. He will get support from southerners and other minorities blaming Amharas first for opposing the constitution and now the amendment.
