WHO says Covid is no longer a Global Health emergency. Yet genocidal Abiy Ahmed is forcing Amharas to take the vaccine

At the same time that WHO says covid-19 is no longer a global health emergency, government enforced "Covid" vaccination campaign is taking place in Amhara region of Ethiopia. It is puzzling and frightening at the same time.
