By the way, who told you that whatever mainstream non tabloid papers write is true! أرجو أن توضح لي الفوائد الطبية من ختان البنات ؟.

الحمد لله.

إن الله تعالى كما خلق الخلق فإنه سبحانه تكفل بما يصلحهم في أمر دينهم ودنياهم فأرسل لهم الرسل وأنزل الكتب ليدل البشر على الخير ويحثهم عليه ويعرفهم الشرَّ ويحذرهم منه .

ولربما أمر الشرع بأمر أو نهى عن شيء لم تظهر للناس - أو لكثير منهم - حكمة الشرع من هذا الأمر أو النهي ، فحينئذ يجب أن نمتثل الأمر ونجتنب النهي ونتيقن أن في شرع الله الخير كل الخير ولو لم تظهر لنا الحكمة منه .

إن الختان من سنن الفطرة كما دل على ذلك قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم : ( الفطرة خمس أو خمس من الفطرة : الختان والاستحداد ونتف الإبط وتقليم الأظفار وقص الشارب ) رواه البخاري ( 5550 ) ومسلم ( 257 )

ولا شك أن سنن الفطرة كلها من الأمور التي ظهرت بعض حكمة الشرع المطهر فيها ، والختان كذلك ، ظهرت له الفوائد الجليلة التي تسترعي الانتباه لها ومعرفة حكمة الشرع منها.

وفي جواب السؤال رقم ( 9412 ) تكلمنا عن الختان ؛ كيفيته وأحكامه ، وفي جواب السؤال رقم ( 7073 ) بيَّنا فوائد الختان الصحية والشرعية عند الذكور .

والختان مشروع في حق الذكر والأنثى ، والصحيح أن ختان الذكور واجب وأنه من شعائر الإسلام ، وأن ختان النساء مستحب غير واجب .

وقد جاء في السنة ما يدل على مشروعية الختان للنساء فقد كان في المدينة امرأة تختن فقال لها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : ( لا تنهكي ؛ فإن ذلك أحظى للمرأة وأحب إلى البعل ) رواه أبو داود ( 5271 ) وصححه الشيخ الألباني في " صحيح أبي داود " .

ولم يشرع الختان للإناث عبثا ، بل له من الحكم والفوائد الشيء العظيم .

وفي ذكر بعض هذه الفوائد يقول الدكتور حامد الغوابي :

- " .... تتراكم مفرزات الشفرين الصغيرين عند القلفاء وتتزنخ ويكون لها رائحة كريهة وقد يؤدي إلى إلتهاب المهبل أو الإحليل ، وقد رأيت حالات مرضية كثيرة سببها عدم إجراء الختان عند المصابات .

- الختان يقلل الحساسية المفرطة للبظر الذي قد يكون شديد النمو بحيث يبلغ طوله 3 سنتيمترات عند انتصابه وهذا مزعج جدّاً للزوج ، وبخاصة عند الجماع .

- ومن فوائد الختان : منعه من ظهور ما يسمى بإنعاظ النساء وهو تضخم البظر بصورة مؤذية يكون معها آلام متكررة في نفس الموضع .

- الختان يمنع ما يسمى " نوبة البظر " ، وهو تهيج عند النساء المصابات بالضنى [ مرض نسائي ] .

- الختان يمنع الغلمة الشديدة التي تنتج عن تهيج البظر ويرافقها تخبط بالحركة ، وهو صعب المعالجة .

ثم يرد الدكتور الغوابي على من يدَّعي أن ختان البنات يؤدي إلى البرود الجنسي بقوله :

" إن البرود الجنسي له أسباب كثيرة ، وإن هذا الإدعاء ليس مبنيّاً على إحصائيات صحيحة بين المختتنات وغير المختتنات ، إلا أن يكون الختان فرعونيّاً وهو الذي يُستأصل فيه البظر بكامله ، وهذا بالفعل يؤدي إلى البرود الجنسي لكنه مخالف للختان الذي أمر به نبي الرحمة صلى الله عليه وسلم حين قال : ( لا تنهكي ) أي : لا تستأصلي ، وهذه وحدها آية تنطق عن نفسها ، فلم يكن الطب قد أظهر شيئا عن هذا العضو الحساس [ البظر ] ولا التشريح أبان عن الأعصاب التي فيه .

عن مجلة " لواء الإسلام " عدد 7 و 10 من مقالة بعنوان : " ختان البنات " .

وتقول الطبيبة النسائية ست البنات خالد في مقالة لها بعنوان : " ختان البنات رؤية صحية " :

الختان بالنسبة لنا في عالمنا الإسلامي قبل كل شيء هو امتثال للشرع لما فيه من إصابة الفطرة والاهتداء بالسنة التي حضت على فعلها ، وكلنا يعرف أبعاد شرعنا الحنيف وأن كل ما فيه لا بد أن يكون فيه الخير من جميع النواحي ، ومن بينها النواحي الصحية ، وإن لم تظهر فائدته في الحال فسوف تعرف في الأيام القادمة كما حدث بالنسبة لختان الذكور ، وعرف العالم فوائده وصار شائعا في جميع الأمم بالرغم من معارضة بعض الطوائف له .

ثم ذكرت الدكتورة بعض فوائد الختان الصحية للإناث فقالت :

- ذهاب الغلمة والشبق عند النساء ( وتعني شدة الشهوة والانشغال بها والإفراط فيها ) .

- منع الروائح الكريهة التي تنتج عن تراكم اللخن (النتن) تحت القلفة .

- انخفاض معدل التهابات المجاري البولية .

- انخفاض نسبة التهابات المجاري التناسلية .

عن كتاب : " الختان " للدكتور محمد علي البار .

وقد جاء في كتاب " العادات التي تؤثر على صحة النساء والأطفال " الذي صدر عن منظمة الصحة العالمية في عام 1979م ما يأتي :

" إن الخفاض الأصلي للإناث هو استئصال لقلفة البظر وشبيه بختان الذكور ... وهذا النوع لم تذكر له أي آثار ضارة على الصحة " .

In islam you are not forced to cut the clitories, they advise you not to. For instance in saudi arabia, it is prohibited.

So, no wonder the saudi females are so sexy because their antenna is intact. Gojam in ethiopia comes to mind while the gojammes females are the luckiest whose anatomy is intact. Their antenna is intact and I extend my respect to the wise gojammes who respected the rights of their females.

I didn't know that about the Sudanese women!

On the other hand, with regard to South Koreans, it's interesting, as their Japanese neighbours are quite the opposite, both from extensive firsthand experience and the news that has lately been reporting that sex was dying in Japan and that many young Japanese had even stopped having sex.

As for the the female circumcision, many people, including our Abe Abraham, here, are claiming it's Islamic, while many others are opposing this.

To me, the advantage of a circumcised pus.sy is that it's more or less odourless, provided the woman takes care of her hygiene, while even the cleanest no-circumcised one is prone to unattractive smell.
