I don't think you could be someone who may miss the core meaning of a message. This propaganda could be true or not, but all along the message that I have been getting with respect to the disarmament of the TPLF said "there is an arm that the Tigrean forces are going to be disarmed and there are also other arms the entity is going to remain armed with" (the first category is also sometimes referred to as "heavy weapons" and the second is then logically "light weapons", I think).

I never heard from the beginning of the so called negotiated settlment of the conflict between Ethiopian forces and the TPLF that the latter will be disarmed totally.

I don't think in this case then the Tigrean guy is totally wrong, exagurations are everywhere in today's Ethiopia and the rest of the world, perhaps.

If the guy is not totally wrong then the government shouldn't have also then logically lied, unless we wish to twist something, the fashion of the day.
