President Isaias' Parable.... The Saudi Shepherd and His Flock of Goats

Post by Fiyameta » 19 Feb 2023, 08:51

Once upon a time there lived a shepherd in Saudi Arabia who was losing one of his goats to a hyena attack every week. Then the shepherd decided to get a big guard dog to protect his goats, but he had to feed the dog at least one of his goats everyday.

Losing one goat a week to a hungry hyena versus feeding one goat a day to the big white guard dog.

Did the shepherd make the right decision by getting the voracious white dog?

Ayte fiametta (an italian/ spanish feminine name)

So your big boss is challenging uncle sam and was showing utter contempt for the weyannes when he said the janda weyannes are gone and they pose no threat but now our main adversary is janda washigton or uncle sam's land. It seems he wants to declare war on them at least on the HOA before he joins Putin on the war against the Ukrainians.

So I recall 2 incidents here:

1. Yemen did have a sort of medieval king or imam prior to the popular revolution in the year 1962. He was having issues with the brits and uncle sam's land and was always complaining about their meddling in his yemeni internal affairs and he publicly announced that yemen is not scared of them.

His wise prime minister suggested, we know we cannot win against America, what about if we declare war on them, they will fight and win and they will occupy our country and as a result they will modernize our country.

The king was listning to him attentively and he said:

You idiot, how about if we win the war? How are we going to adminster a continent which is 100 times larger than yemen?

2. Issu and his janda Washington diatribe, this reminds me of an old joke which is famous in Eritrea and it goes as follows:

An elephant and a mouse were inside a cinema, the mouse was sitting in front of the elephant watching a film, so the good mouse turns around and asks the elephant if he is blocking him from watching the film. The elephant replies, I don't even know where the hell you are.

Such will be uncle sam's response to issu's janda Washington diatribe.

The parable reinforces the folly of being US's ally, which was aptly summarized by Henry Kissinger in the 1960s:

To be an enemy of the US is dangerous, but to be a friend is fatal.

The average Chinese worker lives on half of his/her income, and deposits the other half at State-owned banks to earn up to 6% yearly interest. China then lends out the money to US banks that issue Credit Cards to American customers at high interest rates. In other words, a Chinese worker who earns half the salary than that of an American worker is the creditor. That's how China became an economic super power. Strange but true.

The yemeni king was known as imam Jahya I believe. His subjects were considering him as a prophet who talks thru his abdomen. This really an interesting analogy, wow. The dog could be a voracious eater, could eat even more than 1 goat. Given the mama and papa TPLF goats already eaten up what are left now in the field in Tigray are baby goats, they are not enough meal size. The baby goats (kids) which Terdron Adahano bragged about might not sustain that
