What did Dr. Lemma Megerssa implement to fight against what he described eloquently in this short video?

I think to have heard him also saying in public something like "the Oromo people has given us a task (homework) and is expecting us to deliver the result" or something similar. Is that not self-contradictory to what he has said in the video here?

He was/is not the only one to have grasped the problem and trying to do something against that, listen to the following video, where the "worst ever leader" is speaking.

I do not know why Lemma left 4kilo my guess was he did not want to be affiliated with the government. Likely he saw failures in the gov and in the lawless amharaphobic welega and was not able to address it. Due to Abiy taking the 'atse' 'nigus' role giving orders to those below him... This occurred during the Medemer policy introduction which also caused Tplf to leave the Ethiopian Government then wage war on Ethiopia costing Millions of lives!!!
