All countries are corrupt but the differences are only in the degree of corruption.But then again not everything that spears to be corruption is not corruption because it is lack of adequate competency to do the jobs assigned to them. Tplf used to be very corrupt just like any Ethiopian government if not more. So, please spare us from your make believe liturgies. Corruption has been in Ethiopia but it's intensity and drag factor on good governance has increased over the last 5 years. Perhaps Derg time was better in terms of intolerance to corruption. Corruption destroyed the top resource rich and the economic power house of Africa- Nigeria and India's growth potential has been also constrained by corruption and lawlessness.
