This clothing is found in gondar gojjam bete amhara and shewa

The tulama wear this with a green or red colored short sleeve shirt on because they are originally habesha abysinnians of adis aba the gurage and amara wear this but white only!

Saba doesn't mean ruler. Saba'a is a land in present day Yemen. According to legend, there was a queen there, her name was Bilkis and in short she was known as Queen of Saba'a.

But to date, it is not proved by ancient or recent historians that such queen existed.

Yes, Sabia is also name of place but don't forget even today Al - Sabah is the royal title of Arabian kings. Bilkis is a pre-Geez word meaning queen still in use in the Ethiopic languages. I Arabic malik means king. Presently in Ethiopia (Gurage) Malek, ማለቅ Malik (king, nobleman), Balik ባሊቅ (ትልቅ ሰው የተከበረ) and for female Balikit (ባሊቂት) ... So Bilkis is Bilkit, it means queen . Not only that አዜብ means queen of the south. Azeb/Azab is the same word with Saba/Seba. This why some people use Saba and others use Seba, Sheba. አበሻ ታሪኩን የማያውቅ ህዝብ ነው! አይደለም ሳባ አዜብ ማለትም ንግስት ማለት ነው ዛሬ ተራ የሴቶች ስም የሆነው ማለት ነው ።
