Abiy Ahmed Ali has just lost his war against the Ethiopian Orthodox Church. It is not easy to predict his next moves but it is certain, he will feign death and re-attack quietly and tacitly. His attempt, an unnecessary interference, in order to dismantle and divide the Ethiopian church has miserably failed. For those who want to fight against him, he is a sitting duck with little trust and credibility in Ethiopian politics. Some will surely call this -- a political suicide.

Bullsh!t talk, close to hallucination! Seek help! The PM did not have any war or misgivings against the Church. On the contrary the PM and his government have had amicable relationship of peace, generosity and understanding with church. He gave the church lots of land in Addis Ababa for free and negotiated for them large areas of free land in the Middle East to build their church there, among others. He also mediated successful peace deal between the same church factions in their previous toxic divisions and helped them to come togethr, heal their wounds and enjoy life.The problem is an internal church problem whether they admit it or not.

The church community got divided from the inside and quickly went on the rampage actively and vocally shopping for support looking all over the places far and near in order to prevail over the real or imagined opposing faction!In fact this is what happens even on country and continental levels, when internal divisions attract external interference.

So, the golden rule is not to get divided if you don't like external interference. In this negotiation everyone is a winner. The PM, the church, the Ethiopian people won Gold medal which looks like a spring flower and a nearby mountain at the same time.
