The Oromo - Amara alliance was a tactical cooperation to unseat TPLF. However, since Amhara and Oromos have conflicting strategic goals it is impossible to build strategic alliance that will stabilize and transform Ethiopia. But Tigray and Oromo have same goal on the future of Ethiopia which is "creating a confederated economically and socially integrated Ethiopia that recognizes the sovereignty of Tigray and Oromia ( other states like Somalia, Amhara Afar etc could have same privilege). This strategic alliance is not new ( during EPRDF time Tigray- Oromia strategic alliance was in action based on the tacit agreement between PM Meles and Ato Abadulla) and this is the right time to refine and relaunch it.

As a conclusion:
Oromo-Amhara alliance was a tactical one and is out of dated. Time to throw it to a trash bin of history to the disappointment of the Gondare elities.
Tigray-Oromo alliance was already in practice during PM Meles/ Abadulla time and this is the right time to refine and reinstate it to save Ethiopia.
