She's well-informed and an eloquent orator. She's by far the only hope for unshackling the Tigray from the burden of conforming to TPLF's doctrine that foreign aid brings honor.

The thousands of dollars TPLF diaspora gave to the corrupt US congressman to threaten sanctions against Ethiopian Airlines could have funded the construction of 3 schools in Tigray, but providing education to Tigray's children is little of their concerns as demonstrated by their mass conscription of child soldiers to fight mercenary wars. የሌባን ብር ውሸታም ይበላዋል!

The root cause of many of the current problems in the country is the availability of the diasporan money, which is directed towards the destruction of the country and its social fabrics instead of the construction of its basic infrastructures and services, I have posted somewhere about "the blood money of the Ethiopian diaspora" (or something similar before 3 or 4 years, I think in year 2019 or so, I was ridiculed for it by some participants on here).

That problem is not exclusively about the Tigrean diaspora, all the so called "you tube activists", other wanna be "politicians", campaigners and all sort of diaspora engagment in the internet "war" is driven by the readily available money for the job.

Just as recently as last year, as a clear example, Prof. Berhanu Nega went out to raise money for the construction (reform) of the school system in the country and was rediculed and sent home empty-handed while the likes of Jawar Mohammed and Bekele Gerba were also making tour the western cities to raise money for their "political engagment" at the same time and were able to raise millions of dollars within a single trip. You can only guess about where that money ended up at the end.

The governments of the host countries do favor and support the money raised for such a purpose instead of for the reconstruction and development of the home-land. The American government has recently circulated a draft directive (law) of such an effort to suppress money raised to support the development of the country while clearly supporting those engaged in the destruction of the country, as an example. It even went further and said is ready to give amnesty to those without a legal status in the country for the first time in many decades. The same is true with the EU and others.

The raising of money for such a purpose can be said for the many other so called youtube channels and other "heroes" of the current day political engagment.

It is not to change something on the ground but to generate income for the stakeholders in the business, and engage in fulfilling the interests of the foreign adversaries, knowingly or unknowingly.

The 'Exodus' of Tigreans has begun......Leaving a defanged, discredited, and gutted TPLF still to breathe seems to have a boomerang effect on Tigreans.........They finally seemed to understand not only the untrustworthy nature of this group, but also, as long as it's allowed to exist, there would be no guarantee that it wouldn't gamble again with millions of Tigreans lives in its usual zero-sum game........
