**Rough Translation**
- Following the restoration of phone services in Tigray, many members of our Tigray Diaspora communities are suddenly becoming aware of the deaths of their loved ones who perished while fighting in the war. In recent days, we have seen an increasing number of Tegaru grieving their losses on Social Media, and their numbers will surely increase even more in the coming days.
Understanding these facts, we need to focus on working through the grieving process collectively, as opposed to grieving individually. And acknowledging the full range of feelings the Tigray Diaspora communities are experiencing as a result of such a devastating loss, I suggest we hold an official mass bereavement event to turn their traumatic grief into action by holding massive protest rallies condemning the huge war casualties we have suffered, which we can present as "genocide" to help our communities take a break from grieving.
Be strong.
Sincerely,
Alula Solomon
