Tarik, america been broke over 10 years ago, the fed reserve just keep printing money not knowing who will pay that money. Plus usa borrowed over trillions of dollars from china. Basically america is broke and dead and can't even fix it's own roads, railways, and so many states are almost shutdown like detroit is dead and other states are following. In short america can't do anything for africa. It's better for africa to stick with china, russia. Thanks brother Tarik the great eritrean.
