Turkey: New explosions in Istanbul - cars set on fire
Explosions sounded last night in Istanbul's Fatih district. Three cars burned and four others were badly damaged. There were no casualties. Video .
The fire was quickly extinguished. Police cordoned off the scene for investigation.
Let us recall that on November 13, a terrorist attack was committed in Istanbul: following the explosion of a bomb placed in the pedestrian street Istiklal, where there are always many tourists, six people were killed and more than 80 were injured. Among the victims there are foreigners, including three Russians.
Turkey is subject to a third level terrorist threat warning - it is advisable to refrain from unnecessary travel to this country.
