Wolkyte will be under the new administration of Tigray.
The agreement includes the disarmament of FANO ,Eritrean forces and gradual handing over of the state to Tigray Liyu force.

The constitution is TPLF’s constitution. It is true under the TPLF constitution, Welkayit and Raya illegally annexed and put under the jurisdiction of Tigrai.

I suppose this is the Agame cyber cadres new agenda: incite hatred and conflict between Amara's and PM Abiys government, by spreading malicious rumors with no evidence.

Under the TPLF/OLF constitution (which PM Abiy Ahmed repeatedly said ,remains intact) wolkayt is part of Tigray state.
The agreement between TPLF and Abiy Ahmed’s administration is based on restoring Tigray state.
TPLF agreed to disarm itself and the formation of provisional Tigray administration which includes lands TPLF annexed from Afar and Amhara.
The constitution is the only bargaining chips TPLF brought to the table .Despite the fact,Abiy’s administration declared TPLF as a terrorist organisation,it is quiet contended to hold on dearly to the constitution of terrorists and ethnocentric fascist oromos.
PP/OLF are determined to protect and preserve the constitution to maintain ethnic based federalism that was forced upon the Ethiopian people by TPLF itself.
