How about the the people that are not under ENDF? Why should the international aid be blocked from reaching them? Why should the medicine for hospitals for people that are not under ENDF be blocked? Illness does not give time.

Hasn't Redwan tell the world that Ethiopian and Tigrayan soldiers are exchanging cigarette and food, and burying dead soldiers together? So, what is stopping Ethiopian soldiers from allowing aid convoys to cross to areas controlled by TDF?

Redwan Hussein said in Nairobi that by week’s end humanitarian aid would flow unhindered as agreed in Pretoria. Vulnerable Ethiopians in Tigray, Afar, and Amhara need aid now

…Also restoration of services, protection of civilians & human rights accountability. Waiting urgently for actions to respect and implement the agreement. #NairobiTalksMustDeliver

I don't have an idea about what is reached and what is not reached, but we were told time and again that TPLF diverted aid to other destinations, most notably to feeding its own combatants. Was that not the case?

If it is the case, are your demanding from the government that it should let resources flow to an entity that is shooting at it back without any check in place?

Which one is the case here?

I was a school teenager in Asmara when EPLF controlled Massawa in February 1990. The Keren, Asmara and Mendefera triangle, about 80-100km square area with population over 2 million people and about 60-120 thousand Ethiopian soldiers was encircled 360 degree by EPLF forces for 15 months. Just like the current TDF / TPLF / Tigrayan forces administered 3-6 million Tigrayans South of Shire and North of Korem.

EPLF allowed UN unfettered access to deliver food and medicine from Massawa to areas controlled by Ethiopian army for 15 months. EPLF knew the 60-120K Ethiopian soldiers would also use the food aid. Although there was no electricity in the areas controlled by Ethiopian army, the was no shortage of wheat, cooking oil, tinned beef from Finland, and powdered milk for kids. The encircled Ethiopian army and the civilian Eritrean population was fed by the UN for 15 months.

Why did EPLF allow UN unfettered access to deliver food in areas controlled by Ethiopian army knowing that the army will also use the humanitarian aid wheat and cooking oil? The answer for the question is the crux of the matter. If you understand EPLF's logic in allowing UN unfettered access to provide food in areas controlled by Ethiopian army, then you understand the logic in Abiy's government denying unfettered access for UN to provide food aid in areas controlled by TDF / TPLF / Tigrayan forces.

What you should have done to prove the fallacy of my claim or question was presenting an evidence that the derg has also looted the aid money and equipment thereby to finance its war effort, not if aid was allowed in or not.

But logic has been turned upside down in the remote corners of your camps, still the camps are also not tired of cluttering the forum with all kinds of false propaganda.

70% of Tigray is accessible and aid is also distributed without any limitation in those areas!

The reason why EPLF allowed UN unfettered access to deliver food in areas controlled by Ethiopian army knowing that the army will also use the humanitarian aid wheat and cooking oil is that they were not prepared to exterminate the civilian population just to starve the Ethiopian army. On the other hand, Abiy's government is would exterminate the Tigrayan population if that is the cost of starving TDF / TPLF / Tigrayan forces.
