The agreement simply restores and affirms the sovereignty of Ethiopia beside ascertaining the Federal Parliament's supremacy as the highest authority in the federal system ; meaning, Tigray is just another kilil with some rights just like other regions within Ethiopia. No more , no less.......As such the issue of Eritrea, legally, is the prerogative of the Federal goverment.......The second reason why Eritrea wasn't the issue at Pretoria was becuase the process wasn't a negotiation, it was simply Terms of Surrender!

After the 2002 Hague verdict, I remember, one of the reasons that was put forward by the Adwa thugs for their refusal to allow the demacration of the border was their fear that that would divide a house at the border into two.....mind you, these were the same people who had no qualms to gamble with hundred of thousands of Ethiopian lives, yet had the bleeding heart for a living room potentially be in Ethiopia's side while its kitchen may end up in Eritrea's.......

The argumets they are advancing now has also that same hollow sound. So let's not fool ourselves assuming that the object of their hostility is just Ertirea......They are just heading into their usual predictable behaviour, thinking that they've found a loophole to shirk from the commitment they just signed a few days ago......

Eritrea & Amhara forces are covered implicitly under article 3.2 . The reason why Eritrea is not mentioned is that the Ethiopian government does not want to acknowledge the presence of Eriteria in Tigray in a legal contract. The Eritrea government has also been denying it's presence in Tigray for obvious reasons.Accusing Eriteria does not violate the contract since Eritrea is not a party to the agreement.
