Planning, Planning, and Planning: Where TPLF lost the compas

Post by DefendTheTruth » 04 Nov 2022, 19:08

There is a lot of confusions, dismays, disappointments and all the rest in this regard in the camp of TPLF. But we need to ask ourselves why it come so surprisingly and unexpected to the bulk of the supporters on the ground, which was shouting about "Tigray Genocide" for over 2 years now?

In my view they were engaged in unplanned business, so the surprise is immense, damage could be much high.

No one in his normal mind ever think that the People of Tigray were subjected to a premeditated and coordinated assualt from any party, but no one can also deny that the people suffered immensely under the consequences of war. War is ugly, there are many innocent lives that are going to be on the receiving end of the suffering, it is sad.

The war was started, in my view, when TPLF refused to engage itself in a peaceful debate of the issues and resorted to settling disagreements by means of force. It was avoidable in my view, as someone who has been observing the happenings on the ground from a distance, both geographically and ideologically.

In my view TPLF wanted to get back to 4 kilo and for that the only viable option seemed use of force, which it excelled in the past well, its advantageous stand.

After it entered to the game the rest was how to sell it to the supporters and make it appear that it is the issue of the people, not just a business of the few at the top. There was it that the idea of Genocide seemed the best tool to employ and it sold itself very well, from near to far away.

The people were mobilized, were told we will prevail, because we are for a sacred cause, preventing genocide, they said.

They entered willingly but getting out of the trap is proving itself much more difficult now, because everything that seemed to the mass, which was following without questioning all along plausible at the beginning now suddenly appeared very fishy, doesn't sum up to one.

This will going to prolong the suffering of the people on the ground because the disagreement will not get resolved so easily, taking the level of dismay into consideration. The problem is the flaw in the planning itself. There was a hiding of the truth from the supporting mass for the sake of expediting the primary goal of the elite at the top.

If you don't plan well ahead, then it is only a matter of time until you will get stuck and hindered from moving an inch forward during the execution stage. TPLF will going to stuck itself for a while for the foreseeable future.

This is science.
