Why is the determination stalled?

Because there is no genocide, doh! Are these agames so stupid to think that the world will buy their genocide narrative. The USA was only using the tactic to scare Abiy.

There is, of course, genocide in Tigray. But it is being committed by the TPLF on its own people. So far, an estimated 1,000,000 Agames have died in the stupid war as a result of the human wave tactics that the TPLF generals have been using. That is 20% of the people of Chigray. How many have been crippled is another story. As a nation of cripples, Agames will pay for their stupidity for a long time to come.

The genocide actually is TPLF committing on to Amhara people by its rowdy brute militia or by its satellite savages like OLF. The West and the infantile PM may save you for now to spite your cruel joke. But time will come to account for all your crimes.

There was not a single Tigrayan harmed until the TPLF forced its people to attack the sovereign Ethiopian government to restore to power.

So if anyone is to held accountable for the killing of Tigryans it is the TPLF.
