Talks in South Africa reached a deadlock

Post by Tazabi-1 » 29 Oct 2022, 13:19

To the surprise of the mediators and Ethiopian delegation. TPLF came with very stubborn posture and it totally rejected the idea of disarmament. The mediators were in a dilemma as the demands from both sides were diametrically opposite and there was no room to maneuver.
At times. Mike hammer who took it upto himself to advocate for tplf tried to twist the arms of Ethiopian negotiators and he was shocked by the adamant stand of Ethiopian delegation of not budging down to his threats of " appropriate actions ", if Ethiopian delegation doesn't accept the three preconditions! He literally repeated Linda Thomas' threat.
The talks will be definitely adjourned unless the military activity on the ground reached an irreversible path.
Tplf army is putting all type of resistance not to have meqele fall in hands of federal army while the negotiation still going on.
Mike hammer- in the hope that he will convince Ethiopian delegation to reconvene for another round of talks has advised TPLF delegation to stay put in South Africa 🇿🇦!!

Ethiopian forces taking control of TPLF's hideout territories in Kola Tembien has deprived the terrorist group of an opportunity to conduct a guerrilla warfare when pushed out of major cities and towns. This has alarmed the Neo-colonial powers who scrambled to salvage the "peace talks" in SA, hoping to halt Ethiopian military advances, but to no avail.

It should be recalled that, when the TPLF terrorist group invaded Eritrea in 1998, calls for peace talks failed because Meles Zenawi had openly declared: "እየተዋጋን እንደራደራለን ፣ እየተደራደርን እንዋጋለን!" in an arrogant manner, for the overwhelming majority of the soldiers dying in his human wave attacks were from the Oromo and Amhara ethnic groups whom he saw as disposable and expendable. In the absence of such luxury of, forcing others to fight your wars, the TPLF terrorists are now emptying Tigray of its young population in an utter disregard for the value of human life. :x :x
