I prefer they call the meeting the Tigrian summit instead of Tigrayan and Eritrean. The lowlander has no issues with Tigray so it confuses the issue to drag them. The issue is internal Tigrian issue.

Tegaru and Kebessa won't see eye to eye because their feud is both emotionally charged and personal.

It's not about towns, politics or armed confrontations. Their issues are deep and very personal. They want to rid off the other so there's only one standing to claim Tigrigna language, culture, history, script and resentments are deep.

People calling for conferences between the two don't understand the issues at hand. There is no political solution. It's kind of like Greece vs Macedonia beef over Alexandra the great.

Lowlands don't have beef coz they don't want to take or claim Tigrigna solely unlike Kebessa.

I would say between elites and is purely arrogance. The downfall of Kebessa are lack of emotional intelligence and the downfall of Tegaru are pure arrogance even when they know there's a pitfall they want to go through.

Amhara on the other hand is cautious too cautious to the point it fear holds them back.

Oromo are very much like Amhara - these two are very much alike in every way possible and I am convinced that they are same people whose elites just adopted a different language from the Church while Waaqists maintained Oromiffa.

Somalis are risk takers but not as arrogant as Tegaru or emotional as Kebessa. Their downfall is tribalism.


Overall, Tegaru and Kebessa can't shake off the elites' beef coz they both big on herd mentality while Somalis like to track different paths individually. You will see pro Tigray, pro Oromo, pro Greater, pro ONLF, pro Al Shabab amongst us all and not just one voice.

You are talking about things which you do not know. I am sorry to state that truth. We Eritreans are kind but not emotional on serious issues because we have the ability more than anyone else to think rationally and carry out our plans accordingly.

Our problem is not with Tigray ( a small part of Ethiopia ) but with the criminal TPLF leadership and their Western masters.

As to the case of arrogance I would say that you are totally wrong. Tigrayans (TPLF leadership )suffer from inferiority complex. The rest of the Tigrayan people are humble.

Eritreans too are humble and love their country and are willing to defend it with determination.
