He is unhappy with what he describes as looting worse than than last round and how this is affecting civilians. This regarding HGDEF.
And he kept saying he can’t grasp why “Amhara” militia, fano are active in Tigray and, if this persists, how that may create wounds hard to heal for long
I still have to watch most of it but Tigray tv or dimtsi weyane will soon translate or he may do an amharic interview
p.s. Abe Abraham is the best translator - if he can manage to be neutral he can help for now. His Tigrinya is better than Isayas himself and his English is as good as mine

"The main aim of the war that the Eritrean government is waging against the TPLF is to displace the Tigrean people internally or to Amhara region or to Eritrea" says the TPLF chief. He based his assertion on evidences his militia forces found from PoW and statements made by Eritrean officials. His blatant lies aside, many towns and cities in Tigray are now under the control of the federal forces including Shire, Adi Grat, Adwa, Aksum, Kobo, Alamata etc. Where are the people of these towns now? I think what he is trying to say is that his militia forces (as opposed to civilians) are being dispersed to Amara region, Tigray liberated areas and some of them to Eritrea to save their lives.
