I don't usually respond to you but you are correct but include Tplf groups can also do this.
Right now, Tplf knows it is lost and wants further rift between Ethiopia and U.S so those demeaning U.S flag are most likely Tplf. Also, Shabia groups could be doing this as yes they want rift between Ethiopia and U.S. Olf will have interest in this too. Basically liberation fronts will benefit most from this picture to create rift between U.S and Ethiopia. I am 100% sure except Tplf /Weyane and Shabia and Olf groups no other Ethiopians would do that to U.S flags.
The photo sends many messages about what Ethiopia is especiall the Ethiopia of Ase Tedros, Minilik and H/Selassie the liberation fronts detest this and probably the current neocolonialists that sends a message about Amara. So the liberation fronts want to use this as advantage to get Amara, Ethiopian flag, those they call Neftegna to be targeted. The gullible Ethiopians and protesters must recognize this as well as the government. This photo will circulate.
Who else, the Wahabis and protestants are another who would be interested in destroying the Orthdox, Amara, Ethiopia, its flag.
Ethiopia's internal enemies is very clear and know them very well: 1. agenda driven protestants, 2. Wahabis who want Islamic rule that will benefit Arab control of Ethiopia, 3.
