ADVICE TO THE ETHIOPIAN GOVERNMENT: TEST THE USAID BEFORE DISTRIBUTING IT TO THE PUBLIC
Terrorist tplf are evil. They could have put poison in the wheat to get the government blamed for killing civilians. The government should test the wheat. Make sure it is safe for consumption. It's to be remembered that tplf orchestrated the Hawzen massacre. Tplf will not hesitate to do harm.
