First off, having acquire German’s travel documents doesn’t give anyone a right to entry to Eritrea without a visa; thus, you forced to go to the embassy to acquire a visa, which the embassy has a right as any country to charge ANY fee they deem is necessary. They can call is any name they want afterwards.
Agamew, do you know how much the German embassy in Eritrea charges an “entry visa” for any none EU passport holder? Yes, hundreds of Euro, even to those with little income and have no access to Euro.
