He doesn't even look like that the country is in a fierce war with the ragtag group that raised its arms to topple the government by means of violence and grab power, one more time.
He doesn't even seem that he is concerned that much like the time when they were readying themselves to enter the capital in just a couple of weeks to fulfill their goal of returning to power before a year or so.
Instead he is looking after the agricultural productivity of the country and how liberate the country from the dependency of foreign aid or import of grains, depleting the dire reserves of foreign currency.
This is more deadly to the woyanes and their adherents than the gun they face on the front.

I can agree on this. Becoming self sufficient in food production is a must, for any country to truly become middle income, or even to become a dignified nation. TPLF would gladly keep the country dependent on aid, if it meant they were given loot in the name of Ethiopia, and to serve the interests of certain countries in the Horn. I hope Abiy's opening the banking sector to them, doesn't have a bad effect though; this concerns me and others a lot.
