Things are looking great at the UN. There is a strong possibility to refer Ethiopia's situation to International Criminal Court (ICC) through the Charter’s chapter 7 enforcement action!
“In light of the threat to peace and security in the region, the Commission welcomes the decision of the UN Security Council discuss the situation in Ethiopia as a matter of urgency.”
