I know someone who works for phpbb and have access to registered a/c of forum members.
The ones with more than one a/c are usually agames pretending to be eritreans or oromos.
Some use different email address to hide their identity often forgetting passwords or using the registered email with one of their nicks and denied access.

Abere is not agame 1000%.
