The son of a swine has a habit of blaming Eritrea for everything. I don't believe the Ethiopian airforce target a kindergarten. It's the work of terrorist tplf. Tplf has a history of bombing itself and blaming it on others. Hawzen and ayder come to mind.

It does not look good to TPLF as news that should get world attention -- the bombing in Mekele -- is discussed only on twitter between TPLF cadres.
It seems to me the Ethiopian government has chosen to inflict damages using techonological advantages it has.It is just saying what are you going to do about it. Nothing.
the TPLF all tactics and statgey -- assuming it has one -- የተበላ ቁማር ሆኖአል።

Tplf's history of bombing itself exposed by wikileaks
In a report from 2006 cable reference id: #06ADDISABABA2708 marked “Secret ; Subject: Ethiopia: Recent Bombings Blamed on Oromos Possibly the Work of GOE [Government of Ethiopia then now TPLF]…by: Charge [d’Affairs] Vicki Huddleston”, “An embassy source, as well as clandestine reporting, suggests that the bombing may have in fact been the work of the TPLF security forces.”
