Proceedings of the Cabinet
The 3rd Ordinary Session of the 1st Annual 6th Annual Caffee of the Oromia Region was held today. The committee began with the blessing of the elders. I raised my hand to ignite more agenda. After giving me the opportunity, the speaker turned off the mic and muffled the sound. They just said "Couldn't take advantage of the opportunity"! God knows whether the mic is consciously or suddenly shut down!
So I thought of two agendas. One is to say that security issues are the foundation of everything and should be treated more maturely than other reports. Two were to ask the Honorable Caffee to prove responsibility for the security failure and administrative failure that is tormenting our people by giving a vote of confidence in accordance with Article 12(2) and Article 49(3)(q) of the Oromia Constitution.
The 2014 report and 2015 plan presented by the President were discussed. In the end I voted against. I will present the process and the full reasons tomorrow morning because it is valuable to the history and future of the cafficha! Good night!
