I think to have expressed my view with regard to the first sentence before on this forum and I fully agree with President Isayas' assessment.
On the last sentence I would like to differ and think that it is not achievable so easily. It is either very much costly or even impracticable.
No one has got a lost love with TPLF, it has lost that credential long time ago, if it had one before. That was over at least since it openly attacked the NDF of the nation, in the case of Ethiopia.
But TPLF is among millions of Tigrean citizens and catching and destroying it will not be so easy, even not practicable. So a wise and more appropriate strategy needs to be designed and used to separate the criminals from the mass and bring them to justice, in my view. Such a strategy may take time, but more efficient at the end, I think.
