The word 'negotiation' doesn't exist in Agames parlance. If there is one, its meaning would be quite different from what it's normally meant- the art of give and take.

Woyane has never been governed by the logic and structure of any language. I remember during the 1998 conflict with these thugs, one of their 'preconditions' was for Eritrea to 'vacate the occupied lands'. When the dead midget was challenged by a journalist to name or point out on a map the exact locations of these 'occupied lands,' the response was 'the Eritreans know exactly where those locations are.' .........

Back to now......Agames don't have any leverage at this stage, except - we will kill our own people either by war or starvation, unless we get what we asked. It's akin to saying that there is no point of treating a patient since everyone eventually dies......That has been the kind of choice given to Agames by their own leaders.......

Well....let the cadres use the negotiation card itself as a PR against Abiy. Just like they did to us after agreeing to the 'Final and Binding' verdict- Melles's 5 points, in principle, dialogue, ሕዝብ ለሕዝብ ....etc. The problem is though Time Isn't On Their Side and Abiy can also use the the same card as a political tool to muzzle the Westerners!

I wouldn't give it too much weight since it means nothing in practical terms. For God' sake, woyane has Generals, PhD-adorned intellectuals, journalists, economists, even an entity which named itself a government.........a 'government' which can't even provide a semblance of law and order to its people, let alone basic services. Yet these morons shift the burden and obligations of taking care of their people to outsiders, including the federal government they don't recognize......

There are two fundamental issues here I may be concerned:

As far as I know (I stand to be corrected if I'm wrong) the federal parliament is the supreme authority of the land in a parliamentary system.

The other one is the well-established rule that the monopoly of force is the right of the federal government only.

Where does woyane fit in this, given their insistence to be fed and provided with every perk without being forced to disarm?

Why should I care about this as Eritrean, one may ask. Simple. Whether or not the Ethiopian federal government has sovereignty over Tigray will decide Eritrea's political and military course of action, since this mafia group has made its intentions against Eritrea abundantly clear!
