Yes sir, I agree with you! The reason Ethiopia is where Ethiopia is and the situation we are is because Abiy's priority. His number one priority is POWER the rest is secondary. When power becomes your priority, nothing matters. He pulled the federal army from Mekele, while the army about to finish the TPLF off, because he wants to make sure he is elected. If not, a country is not obligated to carry an election in the middle of war but hi did. For this reason, all concerned Ethiopians must focus on devising a strategy to stopping this individual and his primitive tribal elites from totally destroying the country and bringing a civil war of apocalyptic scale. This man would not hesitate to drink the blood of his own children if it meant that is the only option left to remain in power. I see a flaw in your logic. Is it possible to ask TPLF to disarm when every region is armed? I think the constitution vaguely allows the special forces of the regions. So it is impossible to ask Tigray to disarm. Second, Abiy and ENDF are military and economically weak and are negotiating to survive. Remember, if it was not for US, Woyanes would have removed Abiy and dismantled Ethiopia before they retread from Debrebirhan.
