But to show Agames in civil attire and claim they are soldiers is beyond belief.

I would say that the war will end in Asmara because Eritrea still has a functioning government system, such as schools, hospitals, banks, and transportation.

There is currently no government in Tigray carrying out these responsibilities. They do nothing but support the military. I do not believe the Eritrean government can continue to wage war and govern Eritrea at the same time. Therefore, Tigray has a substantial advantage.
