I don’t see any peculiar problem with respect to Construction; it is the whole country that is in “mess”. Next year would be the worst with drought and famine getting more closer, since there is no rain so far. Right now I am in Ethiopia. It is almost June; but no drop of rain. People are waiting for Abiy to bring the rain, as he did in the past. Abiy is their…. as we all know!!!!!

The doom and gloom predictor Tolcha , I have not encountered anyone who constantly misses the forest for a tree. You have been predicting this doom and gloom for years now look back at all your postings and point out one that comes to pass. The problem with the anti- Ethiopians is that you always underestimate the collective wisdom of the Ethiopian people. They are like professional boxers they act on a critical time to strick where it would make the knock out inevitable. At this time, Abiy is the constant creator of havoc in the country. For the reason known only to Abiy brought all this mess from the jaw of victory, helping no one but quadrupling the misery of everyone. His yes men have made him feel as if he can trounce the law of nature and come out unscathed. As he will soon learn he can't continue to lie and get away with it. He thinks that because he is elected he can do anything, what he forgat is the contract is that he has to do what he camphine on, He can not promise to do one thing and govern the opposite of his promise; when he does that the contract between him and the Ethiopian people will be null and void.

i thought i answer this question many time over cement must be mix with fly ash or

Fly ash brick making machine

1. i say the hotel owner should buy fly ash brick making machine and make his own brick

2. mix 40% fly ash with cement you get strong concrete

now let do the calculation

the hotel owner said he used to buy one cement block for 8 bir or now it cost him 21 birr ( i can't go back and check the video so i might be wrong with the number the idea is how mixing fly ash reduce the cost of cement block

now u get fly ash for free.. until the cement factory know the value u get it for free.

let assume u buy one cement block for 20 birr and reduce the cement content to 60% and u add 40% fly ash now the value of the brick will be 12 birr why instead of buying for 100% cement block now u only pay for 60% that reduce ur cost for course if u make your own cement then u will reduce it by more.

20,000 * 0.4 = 8000
20,000 * 06 = 12,000

where u need cement concrete always add fly ash and reduce your price
