The rats cut everything by themselves on themselves. That is what rats instinctively do. The TPLF rats are off the grid because they belong to the Dedebit wildlife naturally. They should not be even allowed to sneak into illegal satellite communications smuggled through UN Food aid convey - which is also used as TPLF military convoy. After all they have not contributed to the economy or paid tax to the country. Whose hard earned money should be spent on them.
