Tigray forces leaving Ethiopia's Afar region, says spokesperson
NAIROBI, April 25 (Reuters) - Rebellious Tigrayan forces are completely withdrawing from the neighbouring region of Afar in Ethiopia, a spokesperson for the Tigrayan forces told Reuters on Monday, saying he hoped it meant that desperately needed food aid could finally pour into famine-hit Tigray.
"Our forces have left all of Afar," Getachew Reda, a spokesperson for the Tigray People's Liberation Front (TPLF), told Reuters on Monday.
Reuters could not immediately independently confirm Getachew's statement.

You weasels shouldn’t have been in Afar to begin with. So why are you saying that you need to be praised because you gave up what you stole?
Man, you dirty agames have nerves.

Now that TPLF have fulfilled its end of the bargain by fully withdrawing from Afar, the next phase is to fully withdraw from Amhara...
Or should you first invade the whole region again and loot enough before you withdraw?

Re: "Our forces have left all of Afar," Getachew Reda
TDF should NOT leave areas it controls. TDF is an Ethiopian organisation fighting for equality of ethnic groups. TDF has the obligation to liberate Afar from the illegitimate government of Abiy Ahmed Ali. Thus TDF should continue administering areas in Afar until a new government is in place in Addis Abeba. World Food Programme and UN should not allow Ethiopia and Eritrea to take military advantage. Eritrean and Ethiopian troops should not be placed in Afar.sarcasm wrote: ↑25 Apr 2022, 17:00Tigray forces leaving Ethiopia's Afar region, says spokesperson
