Re: ዮሃንስ ቧያለው
I think ዮሃንስ ቧያለው is a high ranking official of the PP, but is also a reactionist, if my observation about him is right.
While he is a reactionist, Mesfin Tasew is a visionary.
We are going to watch the game from our comfort seats, who will win the game down the road.

How do come up to lable ዮሐንስ ቧያለው as reactionary?
He is telling what's taking place in the PP .he is not making up stories to creat Havocs so he and few others benefit from it.
"Truth is something which can never be obscured forever. Everyone will discover the truth one day. Suppose mist is there, will the mist make the mountain disappear? No! What will the mountain say, "Let the mist come and go, who cares?" When you wait for a little bit of the sun (of knowledge) to come, all the mist (doubts) disappears.

DTT,
You are calling Yohannes a reactionary because he criticized PP, which he is a member, with out any reservations. You are trying to silence him.
One thing though no matter how hard you are trying to spin things and no matter how many strings you pull, with ethnic politics the end result is the same.
You are supporting Abiye because you belong to the same ethnic group.
Man, have principle and have a firm stand to the freedom and liberty of each and every citizen of Ethiopia without any labeling. Otherwise you are prolonging the suffering of humans by keeping the vicious circle of conflict.
Look, I was sympathetic to Abiye when he came in to power. I thought he was a man of his word and listened to his speeches. But I found out quickly that he belongs to the same EPDRF crime family. I am quickly done with him as soon as he said “he will not negotiate on ethnic federalism”. He has no vision, capability and political wisdom to lead a nation. Dividing people into killill based on ethnicity is a wrong thing to do. You will see that In our life time Ethiopia will not come out of this vicious circle quagmire until it get rid off ethnic politics and the elites who are benefiting from it.

In my understanding Ethnic Politics or Ethnic Kilil is not a goal by itself, it is just a means to a goal. If you have an alternative means, then I can imagine that this could be dropped at the moment's notice.Right wrote: ↑19 Apr 2022, 22:56DTT,

So, instead of sitting around and blaming this 24/7 why don't you propose an alternative means that can adequately address the need this tool is intended to achieve?
Man up and lecture us here!

DTT,
Did you just said there is no alternative for ethnic federalism? Seriously?
Yesterday you said there is no one to replace Abiye Ahmed.
I think it is a waste of time trying to discuss substance with you.
Go ahead with your ethnic politics and count the years.
Just like Seyoum Mesfin and Abay Tsehay - it will swallow all these dishonest figures of the day: Abiye, shimelese, jawar,Merara Gudina, Berhanu Nega etc one by one.
