I recall when I was a college student in sidist kilo, a cousine of mine was working as engineer assigned in both butajira and zway city which are located not far from each other. His main seat was in butajira and he invited me to visit him. As such I paid a visit to butajira and stayed 3 days with him. You won't believe, butajira was then just an ugly and boring village but not now. It turned into big city.

Back to the topic, I admire the brotherhood of ethios be it muslims or christians of course excluding the tigriyans. I hope they learn something from their compatriots who live south of ale weha and which starts from wello.

Just a tip:

Arrange a romadan iftar for your muslim compatriots who speak same language as you and preferably in axum in order to win their hearts and minds and as a result they may forget for one night at least that they are not allowed to build a god's house aka mosque and that they are only allowed to bury their beloved dead ones 20 km away from axum.

Heed my advice, don't tell us that you can't afford it. Your weyanne can finance it. They have looted billions of birr when they were ruling astobia.

Is this really butajira which I knew? I wished my cousin who worked there as an engineer watches it (I mentioned him above). But how can he? He went to the eritrean field and joined the EPLF. After the liberation of eritrea, he was assigned as an assistant minister of the ministry of XXXX.

Where is he now? He is languishing at the notorious ERA IRO prison. Nobody can tell if he is alive or not.
