Why did the PM replace the previous minister who is believed to be very competent with this shameless copy/paste guy? The curse of identity politics !!

The current minister was the head of the Oromia water organization I guess. Dr Sileshi was a strong proponent of Ethiopian unity, which was not the test of Orommuma and the Prime Misery Abiy
