I am Horus. I have observed the political behaviors of PM Abiy Ahmed and his party - PP. I have carefully listened to his speeches and promises. All indication are that the fundamental idea of 'medemer' is cooptation of non PP actors and media into PP as appendages to ruling ethnic party. I see no genuine partnership between PP and other Ethiopian oriented parties. I see no genuine call for unity of Ethiopianist and ethnicist parties for a genuine national unity. Abiy Ahmed wants to use the patriotic sentiments of the politically conscious sector of society for its own power survival and ethnic based rule. This shall not be allowed to happen. There must be a clear show of genuine reform of the woyane created ethnocracy toward a real democratic order away from ethnicity & tribalism.

Like any coalition government anywhere in the world the majority party have unilateral right for choosing the right coalition partners(s) depending on their willingness and political programs and its congruence. In your case you are already disqualified because you have only hate agenda while the government have love and tolerance agenda. TGAA - did Abiy use Ethiopian nationalism to solidify power? Yes. Did he dupe the Ethiopianist? No. Most of us actually took a conscious and calculated risk on him. The alternative was the continuation of TPLF & a rule by OLF Shene. Most of us tried to nudge him toward an Ethiopian side of issues. How much have we succeeded remains to be seen. Abiy has a well known Machiavellian game of telling people what they want to hear. That style of rule has now exhausted its steam.

I have come to realize that political parties any where in the world are menace to societies. Every leaders, esp developing ones are copying and pasting from the West. Such parties are now being seeing for what really they are: corrupt, bias, easily controlled by forces, profit for themselves, working for maintenance and preserving the party rather than the people who voted for them, etc. I believe political parties should be abolished and there should only be leaders that has direct say to the people they lead and making the people out of whom has the merit and expertise themselves work in every sector of the society, minus government. Government after all organizes in the end and can easily be manipulated by special interests to quash the people it claims to lead. Let us think outside of the box stop being lead to your own sheep like destruction. First off, the very idea of political party itself is the opposition to any other party, they are groupies and mobs from the get go that create conflict and division among people and do absolutely nothing to the wellbeing of the country and the people
