1-3 generations(including her father and mother and her grand parents) come from Ethiopia and Eritrea
2-4 generations Somali
4-7 generations South Asian
5-8 generations Sudanese

As you can see we could expect that most of gallas have blood outside of Ethiopia if their third and above generations are counted, And clearly we can declare who the real owner of Addis Ababa and the likes.
