The Oromo Can Own Ethiopia and Ethiopiawinet in Our Terms!
Ethiopia and Ethiopiawinet belong mainly to any nation dominating in Finfinne palace. Till 1991, Amhara elites dominated the palace, thus they used to cry about Ethiopia and Ethiopiawinet. They are still doing it for Amharigna is yet dominating and Ethiopia is still de facto Great Amharia. Tegaru elites were also singing Ethiopia and Ethiopiawinet as they were ruling the country for 27 years. Now, since 2018, Oromo Prosperitans are leading in Finfinne palace, so that many Oromos started to talk about owning Ethiopia instead of fostering an independent Gadaa republic of Oromia. I think, eventhough it is not yet right time to cherish Ethiopia, as long as Amharigna is dominating, genuine Oromo nationalists can change the situation. It is time for all Oromo Republicans to act in unison and control the palace, put Finfinne city under Oromia and promote Afaan Oromo to the primary working language of all institutions of the federation like the palace, parlament, cabinet, court, military and security. Such Ethiopia will definately be de facto Great Oromia. Slowly but surely, Ethiopia as Great Amharia is dying and Ethiopia as Great Oromia is growing. The Oromo can own such Ethiopia in our terms.

Oneg Killer. U oromo lost in Tigray and will lose afar amhara and somali. No more ethnic domination under “Ethiopia” we all know who you fascists are ….you can never be as great as amhara never copying a people you been hating your whole life is sign of inferiority complex a people of Andenet u cursed Andenet for 50 years and now like a animal realized the purpose of “Amharas Oneness Mindset” . . You are trying to be like amhara “neftegnas” so badly just know today’s Ethiopia can not be like yesterday Ethiopia today’s Ethiopia is no match for the past no Red sea no coastline and also large inflation and currency collapse. OPDO is trying but is failing that is why Oromia is in civil war. So dont come talking about Ethiopia when there is Civil war going on in your region caused by your forces.
The same ethnic federation you praise is the same ethnic federation that will block you from trying to dominate Somali Amhara Tigray Afar. Its called shooting yourself in the leg
you lost mind of Ethnic Equality under Federation and are thinking about Ethno-Fascist-Unitarian-Domination as if that would ever work. And it will never! Mustafa Omar can declare independence join Somalia and block the road between somali and Oromia. Same with Afar . And also your OLF Killers blocked the ooromia road to kenya

just wait kenya will block the road to oromia because of destabilization as well and embrace isolationism once and for all you OLF Child killer. Oromia led by your brainwashing will be known as a genocidal terrorist and unwanted state in hoa.

For the Oromo, the only three important questions to be answeted now are:
– Aangoo Oromo (power in Caffee Araara palace)
– Finfinne Oromo (Finfinne being re-oromized and under Oromo control)
– Afaan Oromo (as primary working language of the country)
If these three are answered, we even don’t need Oromia demarcation within Ethiopia. That means we can be supporters of Zegnet politics opposing ethnic federation. The first question seems to be only half answered for the OPP still lacks a stamina to fulfill and serve all Oromo interests. The second and third questions are not yet answered by the OPP, thus we need ORP (Oromo Republican Party) as future merger result of the OLF, OFC and Others, to take power in the coming election.

Re: The Oromo Can Own Ethiopia and Ethiopiawinet in Our Terms!
Actually, in Oromo liberation struggle, the conflict among Oromo nationals is based on the answer they try to give for the following two questions:
– which route to freedom: non-peaceful way or non-violent way?
– which state after freedom: Ethiopian state or Oromian state?
Out of the major Oromo organizations, OPP and OFC chose non-violent struggle and Ethiopian state, whereas the ONP led by General Kamal and OLF opted for non-peaceful struggle and Oromian state. Interestingly General Kamal, who was admired and celebrated by Abyssinianists, as he amended OLF’s program in 2012 and declared that he wants to realize a true federal democratic Ethiopia, now opted for Oromian state and changed the name of his organization from OLF to ONP. What do Habesha elites say now about the General?

Re: The Oromo Can Own Ethiopia and Ethiopiawinet in Our Terms!
We can observe that there is no difference between our organazations regarding freedom (bilisumma) as a national objective. They do differ only on how to get freedom and which state (type of sovereignty) to be promoted after freedom as part of the UN. For OPP and OFC, free Oromia within Ethiopian union serves Oromo national interest better; whereas for ONP and OLF, well secured free Oromia without Ethiopia is more beneficial.
Re: The Oromo Can Own Ethiopia and Ethiopiawinet in Our Terms!
Oromo individuals could choose from the two means to freedom and now can decide one of the two ends they want to promote after freedom. The Oromo people as a collective could use both routes to achieve our freedom. The two routes were complementary, not contradictory to each other. The type of sovereignty (which state in the UN) will be determined through public verdict (referendum), when the right time will come; so there is no necessity to quarrel on the two ends now.
Re: The Oromo Can Own Ethiopia and Ethiopiawinet in Our Terms!
A better compromise lasting solution after freedom can be to change the name Ethiopia to Oromia and avoid a possible disintregration of the present Ethiopian territory, which was fostered mainly by the Tuulama Oromo, just for the sake of wanting to see Oromia in the UN. Pro-unity forces (Ethiopianists) should accept this offer of compromise solution, if they really want to save territorial integrity of the union; thus union Oromia as a synthetic compromise for the conflict ‘independent Oromia vs union Ethiopia’ is a nice choice. Also for Gadaa Oromianists, it is not a lose, rather we will get a bigger Oromia (Great Oromia) than theirs!
