Make no mistake, China is just another evil and a threat to African countries.

Don't be fooled by its soft power in Africa. It's not doing anything for Africa for free. Instead, it's getting more from Africa than it's providing to Africa.

Somaliman,

When one makes an authoritative statement like yours, he/she is required to support the same by a justifiable evidence! Short of that, it is mere declaration of unjustified beliefs .....

The US sanctions on Iraq killed half a million Iraqi children. The then US secretary of state, Madeline Albright said "the price was worth it."

Sanctions are imposed with the intention of causing further hardship on a population already struggling to survive-- the idea being that hardship forces people to start blaming their own government, thus allowing foreign meddling into their own internal affairs and ultimately handing over their sovereignty on a silver platter in exchange for foreign aid to alleviate their hardship. Only people with stronger sense of national unity can overcome such difficulties and win victories against sanctions.
