Following a binge drinking session of Jack Daniel's whiskey, President Isaias passed an executive order in 2004 forbidding anyone speaking Tigrigna from fishing in Eritrea's red sea.

Antico, I'm convinced President Isaias has no recollection of signing the executive order, which explains why he is always critical of Eritrea's fishing sector.

I've been blaming him for years... how come Eritreans don't have an abundance of fish to consume and export? I was completely unaware he was battling with one hand tied behind his back.
