The Wolloye People are victims of HaileMariam Mengistus resettlement program they did not come to welega as invaders but were forced by the Derg to live there to minimize the famine in northern Ethiopia. Because all of OLF leaders are from Welega they began killing/massacring Wolloyes in Welega this has now repeated again since 2018 when OLF came back to Ethiopia from Eritrea. The savage OLF came back to Ethiopia to kill farmers it raised weapons and was armed by Oromia Police Commision in 2018 2019 and 2020. Shimeles Abdisa is more likely to be a leader of OLF as he stated in the past that Afan Oromo was 90% bigger then Amharigna meaning he wants to kill 90% of Amhara People.
